Sermon Notes: After the Rapture

Last week we learned how close we are to the start of the Tribulation.

We also saw how the Socialists and the Muslims, especially the Muslims, are coming into more power and how that lines up with the coming Great Tribulation.

The Great Tribulation begins just after the Rapture of the church.

Being a Christian during the Tribulation will cost you your life by beheading because everyone who refuses the mark of the beast will be labeled a terrorist of the world government and be beheaded.

What about people that are left behind that are unsaved?

2Th 2:1 KJV Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
 2  That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
 3  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
 4  Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 5  Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
 6  And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.note
 7  For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
 8  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
 10  And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

This can become very confusing if you do not pay very close attention.

So let me begin from where we are right now, today, September 20, 2026

All over the world right now, there are, from a biblical perspective, only 2 kinds of people: saved and unsaved.

Either you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour and King, or you have not.

There is no in between, there is no half way, you are either born again or you are not.

People that are born again are going to heaven.

People that are not born again are going to hell.

Is everyone with me so far?

The people that are born again are going to get into heaven one of two ways, either they will die, which is the most common way to transfer from earth to heaven, or they will be removed without death in an event called the Rapture of the church.

1Th 4:16 KJV For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
 17  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
 18  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1Co 15:50 KJV Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
 51  Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

Like I told you previously, you will get into heaven one of 2 ways: either by death (sleep) or by the Rapture

We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

Some people will go to heaven by dying, but not everyone, we shall not all sleep

The Rapture of the church will happen

 52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
 53  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

This describes the event called the Rapture of the church.

You will not find the word Rapture in the Bible, but you will also not find the words Trinity, or toilet, or electricity, or even the word Bible in the Bible.

There are people claiming that the Rapture is a recent invented unbiblical teaching.

And when I hear that, I just ask them to show me the church in Revelation.

It is not there. It is not there because it is gone before the events of Revelation begin.

Now we return to the fact that there are two ways to enter heaven: you die, or you are Raptured.

After the Rapture of the church, the earth has three types of people.

First are the 144,000 Jewish young, men evangelists that will preach the gospel around the world.

Rev 7:2 KJV And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
 3  Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
 4  And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Rev 14:3 KJV And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
 4  These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

These 144,000 are going to be sealed in their forehead with the seal of God after the Rapture of the church.

All the other people left on the earth after the Rapture are not saved.

So first of the three groups on earth after the Rapture are the 144,000.

The two remaining groups of people on the earth after the Rapture of the church are both unsaved.

But there are two kinds of unsaved, un born again people.

The first of these two remaining types of unsaved people are people that have never heard the message of salvation and never had the opportunity to be saved.

They have not rejected salvation because they have never heard the gospel.

When the 144,000 Jewish young men evangelists are preaching the gospel through the world, these are the unsaved people they are looking for.

A very small group of these unsaved people, that have never heard the gospel plan of salvation previously, will hear the message of salvation and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

100% of these Christians will not accept the mark of the Beast, and they will have their head cut off by the One World Government.

Rev 13:16 KJV And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
 17  And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Rev 20:4 KJV And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

The final group of unsaved people on the earth after the Rapture are those people that have heard the gospel message of salvation and did not accept the offer.

They may have rejected the offer of salvation because of embarrassment, they may have delayed their being born again, they may have planned to get saved another time,

But at the time the Rapture of the church happens, they have heard the gospel and still are unsaved for whatever reason.

This last group are addressed in our reading previously.

It is at this point God, the Author of all Scripture, reveals something very very important.

2Th 2:10 KJV And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; (that is the unsaved) because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.(These people did not receive salvation that was offered to them)

 11  And for this cause (for this reason,  what reason? Because this group of people heard the gospel but did not accept the offer of salvation) God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: (God is not lying, Satan is the liar, but God actually helps the unsaved people that rejected salvation before the Rapture, to believe the lie of Satan.) WHY?
 12  That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

If someone is unsaved before the Rapture of the church, and they heard the gospel,

That means they are unsaved right now, and they have heard how to be saved

but for whatever reason, they decided to not get saved,

and the Rapture happens, and they are left behind,

they will, absolutely, no way out, worship the Beast, the Anti-Christ, the Wicked, the Imam Madhi, the One World ruler, and they will receive the mark of the Beast to show their alliance to the One World government so they can buy and sell, and not get their head cut off.

they all will be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Rev 14:9 KJV And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
 10  The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
 11  And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

So after the soon coming Rapture of the church, there will be 3 groups of people left on the earth.

First is the 144,000 Jewish young men evangelists

Second is the unsaved that have never heard the gospel.

Some of them will hear the gospel and accept the offer of salvation and some will not.

Finally, there will be a group of people, alive today, have heard the gospel, did not accept salvation, the Rapture happens, they are left behind and they WILL BE convinced to believe the lies of Satan, worship the Anti-Christ, receive the mark of the Beast, and be condemned to be tormented forever.

2Pe 3:9 KJV The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Eze 18:20 KJV The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
 21  But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
 22  All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.
 23  Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

We are given the command to proclaim the gospel and to correct false doctrine.

We better get busy, because there is not much time left.
